Derek Dailey
President

 

Derek is responsible for the overall management of the corporation. He plays a vital role in project planning and meeting with clients to aid in the design aspect of the project. With nearly 20 years of experience in design/build medical, dental and office space construction including commercial ground up and remodeling, he continues to oversee the progression of each project. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Construction Management from Chico State University, in Chico, California.

Nichole Converse
Treasurer/CFO

 

Nichole brings over 23 years of financial operations and management experience in the construction field. Joining DBI in 2009, Nichole has devoted her knowledge to building a bridge between the banks and the construction process, ensuring accurate and exceptional accounting of projects.

Krista Converse
Project Coordinator

 

Krista coordinates the company’s ongoing construction projects, in consultation with the Project Superintendents and management team. She supports, plans, organizes and acts as a liaison between the company and Owners, Subcontractors and Architects.  With 15 years in the construction industry, she came to DBI in 2014.
